The enquiry form asks for your name, email and project description. You can also provide your organization, language pair, service, deadline and approximate volume. We use these details to assess your request, respond and coordinate any agreed work.
The website is hosted on Vercel. The form uses Resend to deliver the enquiry by email to our team. The enquiry includes the page and service you selected so we can understand your request. Do not include passwords, sensitive personal records or restricted project files in the form. Ask us to agree a suitable file-sharing process first.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site, including page views and enquiry events. Form content, email addresses and names are not sent as analytics event fields by this website.
Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from viewing pages or making an enquiry. Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.
The optional AI assistant
If you choose to send a message to the AI assistant, the message and conversation context are processed through the website’s Google Gemini integration to generate a response. Do not enter confidential source material or personal records. The assistant cannot confirm a quote, delivery commitment or contractual term.
Chat messages remain in the page session in your browser. The website does not offer a saved chat account. Provider processing is subject to the applicable provider terms; ask us about approved handling before sharing confidential material.
Project files and follow-up
Website browsing does not establish a project confidentiality or retention agreement. Before a project begins, discuss any required NDA, approved tools, access restrictions and file-retention arrangements with the team.
