Write for the screen and the spoken voice
A sentence that works on a page may be too long to say over a short scene. Share duration limits, character constraints and any words that must align with a visual. We flag places where an adaptation or timing decision is needed.
For subtitles, agree the delivery format and reading constraints. Translating an SRT file does not automatically include retiming the entire video or producing accessible captions with speaker and sound information.
Approve the words before recording
A clear sequence avoids unnecessary changes: translate and resolve queries, approve terminology and pronunciation, then record or assemble. If the source changes later, identify the revised segments rather than circulating several competing files.
The quote separates translation, timing, recording and editing. We confirm available language and production support after reviewing the material.

Does subtitle translation include timing?
Only if agreed in the quotation. Tell us whether you already have a correctly timed subtitle file or need timing created or revised.
Is the price based on minutes or words?
It depends on the task. Script translation, transcription, time-coding, recording and editing have different cost drivers. We assess the source material and quote the components you need.
Can you keep a translation close to the original duration?
We can work to an agreed timing brief and flag lines that need adjustment. Exact synchronization may require adaptation, recording direction or editing as separate production tasks.
